These photos were taken in places around the world — some well-known, some a little less obvious. A few could probably be called tourist shots, but that is not really how I see them. I am more interested in the odd angle, the strange little detail, or the moment that sits just outside the usual postcard view.
I like photographing recognisable places in a way that feels slightly unexpected. Not to make them unrecognisable, but to show them from a different point of view — quieter, quirkier, and a bit more personal.
