Apple Education — Everyone Can Create

Project overview
Everyone Can Create was an Apple Education program designed to help educators use Apple products creatively in the classroom. For a conference on the Gold Coast, the local Apple Education team required a purpose-built installation that combined campaign artwork with an integrated television for presentations and screenings.

The challenge
The artwork had been developed by Apple’s US team, but a suitable display fixture needed to be designed and produced locally. The structure had to present the artwork accurately, securely support the television and associated equipment, and remain practical to transport, assemble and use within a conference environment.

My role
I coordinated the project across the local Apple Education team and multiple specialist suppliers, translating the supplied creative assets into a practical, production-ready installation. This involved aligning the requirements of graphic production, fabrication, audiovisual integration, transport and on-site assembly.

Collaboration and delivery
The suppliers’ production schedules were shared and carefully coordinated so that every component would be completed in the correct sequence and fit together precisely. Clear communication with the Apple Education team was equally important, keeping them informed about production methods, timing, dependencies and progress throughout the project.

The completed fixture brought the campaign artwork and television together as a cohesive installation. It was robust enough for repeated use, transportable between locations and delivered in time for the conference.
